CVE-2026-13208 1 Redhat 2 Container Native Virtualization, Openshift Virtualization 2026-06-25 6.5 Medium
A flaw was found in KubeVirt's virt-handler domain notify server. The gRPC handlers for HandleDomainEvent and HandleK8SEvent derive the VMI identity (namespace/name) solely from the request body without validating it against the connection's origin. Each virt-launcher pod connects through a per-VMI pipe socket, but no identity tag is propagated from the pipe path to the server handlers. This allows a compromised virt-launcher process to send forged domain lifecycle events for any other VMI scheduled on the same node, causing virt-handler to erroneously update that VMI's state and disrupt its lifecycle management.
CVE-2026-54099 1 Redhat 4 Openshift, Openshift Container Platform, Openshift For Windows Containers and 1 more 2026-06-24 8.8 High
A flaw was found in the Windows Machine Config Operator (WMCO) for Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform. The WICD CSR auto-approver validates that a Certificate Signing Request contains the organization system:wicd-nodes but does not reject additional organization values such as system:masters. A compromised Windows worker node that holds WICD credentials can submit a CSR that is auto-approved and signed by the cluster, yielding a client certificate that grants cluster-administrator privileges and enabling full cluster takeover.
CVE-2026-54100 1 Redhat 4 Openshift, Openshift Container Platform, Openshift For Windows Containers and 1 more 2026-06-24 8.3 High
A flaw was found in the Windows Machine Config Operator (WMCO) for Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform. WMCO establishes SSH connections to Windows worker nodes without verifying the remote server host key. An adjacent-network attacker who can intercept or redirect WMCO's SSH session can capture WICD and kubelet bootstrap credentials transferred during node configuration, enabling compromise of Windows node identities in the cluster.
CVE-2026-12725 2 Dnsmasq, Redhat 4 Dnsmasq, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 1 more 2026-06-24 5.9 Medium
A heap-based buffer overflow was found in dnsmasq. When DNSSEC validation and query logging are both enabled, logging of DS or DNSKEY replies containing unsupported algorithm or digest types can cause dnsmasq to write past the end of an internal logging buffer. A remote attacker able to supply such a DNS response may crash the dnsmasq process, resulting in denial of service.
CVE-2026-3832 2 Gnu, Redhat 9 Gnutls, Discovery, Enterprise Linux and 6 more 2026-06-24 3.7 Low
A flaw was found in gnutls. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by presenting a specially crafted Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP) response during a TLS handshake. Due to a logic error in how gnutls processes multi-record OCSP responses, a client with OCSP verification enabled may incorrectly accept a revoked server certificate, potentially leading to a compromise of trust.
CVE-2026-12969 2 Dnsmasq, Redhat 4 Dnsmasq, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 1 more 2026-06-24 5.3 Medium
An out-of-bounds read vulnerability exists in dnsmasq's find_soa() function in src/rfc1035.c. When parsing NS section records, extract_name() is called with extrabytes=0, failing to validate that 10 additional bytes exist for fixed-length DNS record fields. A remote attacker controlling a DNS zone can exploit this via a crafted NXDOMAIN response to cause a 10-byte heap out-of-bounds read, potentially accessing stale data from prior transactions.
CVE-2026-44604 1 Redhat 8 Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images, Hummingbird and 5 more 2026-06-23 7 High
A command injection vulnerability was discovered in the `rpmuncompress` utility of RPM. When extracting certain archive formats (ZIP, 7z, GEM) to a specified destination directory, the tool inserts the archive's top-level folder name into a shell command without properly sanitizing it. A specially crafted archive containing shell metacharacters in its folder name can execute arbitrary commands as the user running the extraction.
CVE-2026-4480 2 Redhat, Samba 11 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus, Openshift and 8 more 2026-06-23 9 Critical
A flaw was found in the Samba printing subsystem. Samba passes the client-controlled job description string to the command configured with the "print command" setting via the "%J" substitution character without escaping shell meta characters. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a specially crafted print job description that contains unescaped shell characters. This could lead to remote code execution on the affected system.
CVE-2026-12706 2 Ffmpeg, Redhat 4 Ffmpeg, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Ai and 1 more 2026-06-22 6.5 Medium
A use-after-free vulnerability was found in FFmpeg's RASC video decoder. The decode_move() function initializes a read pointer into a decompressed buffer, but a subsequent reallocation of that same buffer during move-table processing leaves the pointer dangling. An attacker could exploit this by providing a specially crafted AVI file containing a malicious RASC video stream. When a user opens or plays the file, the decoder reads from freed heap memory, which could lead to a denial of service (crash).
CVE-2026-9804 1 Redhat 2 Container Native Virtualization, Openshift Virtualization 2026-06-22 7.7 High
A flaw was found in KubeVirt's virt-exportserver component. An attacker with specific namespace-level access can exploit a path traversal vulnerability in the VMExport directory endpoint. By placing a symbolic link (symlink) within an exported filesystem Persistent Volume Claim (PVC) that points outside its designated mount root, the attacker can read arbitrary files from the exporter pod's filesystem. This leads to information disclosure, potentially exposing sensitive data.
CVE-2026-3195 2 Qemu, Redhat 3 Qemu, Enterprise Linux, Openshift 2026-06-22 7.4 High
A flaw was found in QEMU. When reading input audio in the virtio-snd device input callback, the `virtio_snd_pcm_in_cb` function did not check whether the iov could fit the data buffer, potentially leading to a heap out-of-bounds write. This issue exists due to an incomplete fix for CVE-2024-7730.
CVE-2026-3196 2 Qemu, Redhat 3 Qemu, Enterprise Linux, Openshift 2026-06-22 5.5 Medium
An integer overflow vulnerability was found in the virtio-snd device via PCM_INFO requests from the guest. A malicious guest can provide out-of-bounds stream counts, potentially leading to unbounded memory allocation on the host and a denial of service condition.
CVE-2026-12491 1 Redhat 3 Ai Inference Server, Enterprise Linux Ai, Openshift Ai 2026-06-17 4.8 Medium
A flaw was found in vLLM, an open-source library for large language model inference. This vulnerability arises from improper handling of image metadata, specifically EXIF orientation and PNG transparency (tRNS) data, during image processing. When images are converted to RGB, transparency information may be implicitly discarded or remapped, leading to unexpected rendering of transparent pixels and distortion of input content. This can result in the model misinterpreting image content, potentially affecting the integrity of processed data.
CVE-2018-1259 4 Broadcom, Pivotal Software, Redhat and 1 more 5 Spring Data Commons, Spring Data Rest, Jboss Fuse and 2 more 2026-06-15 N/A
Spring Data Commons, versions 1.13 prior to 1.13.12 and 2.0 prior to 2.0.7, used in combination with XMLBeam 1.4.14 or earlier versions, contains a property binder vulnerability caused by improper restriction of XML external entity references as underlying library XMLBeam does not restrict external reference expansion. An unauthenticated remote malicious user can supply specially crafted request parameters against Spring Data's projection-based request payload binding to access arbitrary files on the system.
CVE-2025-5372 2 Libssh, Redhat 8 Libssh, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 5 more 2026-06-15 5 Medium
A flaw was found in libssh versions built with OpenSSL versions older than 3.0, specifically in the ssh_kdf() function responsible for key derivation. Due to inconsistent interpretation of return values where OpenSSL uses 0 to indicate failure and libssh uses 0 for success—the function may mistakenly return a success status even when key derivation fails. This results in uninitialized cryptographic key buffers being used in subsequent communication, potentially compromising SSH sessions' confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
CVE-2026-11850 1 Redhat 5 Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images, Hummingbird and 2 more 2026-06-12 5 Medium
An integer underflow vulnerability was found in MIT krb5 in the berval2tl_data() function in plugins/kdb/ldap/libkdb_ldap/ldap_principal2.c. The function performs an unsigned subtraction (bv_len - 2) without a prior bounds check. When bv_len is 0 or 1, the subtraction wraps to a large value which is then truncated to uint16_t, yielding 0xFFFE (65534) or 0xFFFF (65535). The subsequent malloc succeeds and memcpy reads up to 65534 bytes from a 0-1 byte buffer, resulting in a heap out-of-bounds read. The attack vector involves a malicious or compromised LDAP KDB backend returning a krbExtraData attribute with bv_len < 2, triggering the underflow when the KDC or kadmind reads principal data.
CVE-2026-5121 2 Libarchive, Redhat 17 Libarchive, Ai Inference Server, Discovery and 14 more 2026-06-10 7.5 High
A flaw was found in libarchive. On 32-bit systems, an integer overflow vulnerability exists in the zisofs block pointer allocation logic. A remote attacker can exploit this by providing a specially crafted ISO9660 image, which can lead to a heap buffer overflow. This could potentially allow for arbitrary code execution on the affected system.
CVE-2026-4424 2 Libarchive, Redhat 21 Libarchive, Ai Inference Server, Discovery and 18 more 2026-06-10 7.5 High
A flaw was found in libarchive. This heap out-of-bounds read vulnerability exists in the RAR archive processing logic due to improper validation of the LZSS sliding window size after transitions between compression methods. A remote attacker can exploit this by providing a specially crafted RAR archive, leading to the disclosure of sensitive heap memory information without requiring authentication or user interaction.
CVE-2026-4111 1 Redhat 11 Ai Inference Server, Discovery, Enterprise Linux and 8 more 2026-06-10 7.5 High
A flaw was identified in the RAR5 archive decompression logic of the libarchive library, specifically within the archive_read_data() processing path. When a specially crafted RAR5 archive is processed, the decompression routine may enter a state where internal logic prevents forward progress. This condition results in an infinite loop that continuously consumes CPU resources. Because the archive passes checksum validation and appears structurally valid, affected applications cannot detect the issue before processing. This can allow attackers to cause persistent denial-of-service conditions in services that automatically process archives.
CVE-2026-3238 2 Redhat, Samba 4 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Openshift Container Platform and 1 more 2026-06-09 7.5 High
A flaw was found in Samba’s WINS server component when running as an Active Directory Domain Controller. The WINS protocol handlers for certain request types did not properly validate incoming packets, allowing an unauthenticated remote attacker to trigger a NULL pointer dereference and crash the WINS service using specially crafted UDP packets.
