CVE-2026-58058 1 Nmap 1 Nmap 2026-06-29 6.5 Medium
Nmap through 7.99 does not keep the IPv6 extension-header walk within the captured packet in ipv6_get_data_primitive (libnetutil/netutil.cc), so the pointer advances past the buffer and the remaining-length computation underflows to a large value. A scanned target or on-path attacker returning a crafted IPv6 response with a truncated extension header can trigger out-of-bounds reads and a crash during raw IPv6 scans.

A security vulnerability has been detected in Tenda JD12L 16.03.53.23. Impacted is the function formSetPPTPServer of the file /goform/SetPptpServerCfg. Such manipulation of the argument startIp leads to stack-based buffer overflow. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used.
CVE-2026-53304 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-29 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: scsi: sg: Resolve soft lockup issue when opening /dev/sgX The parameter def_reserved_size defines the default buffer size reserved for each Sg_fd and should be restricted to a range between 0 and 1,048,576 (see https://tldp.org/HOWTO/SCSI-Generic-HOWTO/proc.html). Although the function sg_proc_write_dressz enforces this limit, it is possible to bypass it by directly modifying the module parameter as shown below, which then causes a soft lockup: echo -1 > /sys/module/sg/parameters/def_reserved_size exec 4<> /dev/sg0 watchdog: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#5 stuck for 26 seconds! [bash:537] Modules loaded: CPU: 5 UID: 0 PID: 537 Command: bash, kernel version 6.19.0-rc3+ #134, PREEMPT disabled Hardware: QEMU Standard PC (i440FX + PIIX, 1996), BIOS version 1.16.1-2.fc37 dated 04/01/2014 ... Call Trace: sg_build_reserve+0x5c/0xa0 sg_add_sfp+0x168/0x270 sg_open+0x16e/0x340 chrdev_open+0xbe/0x230 do_dentry_open+0x175/0x480 vfs_open+0x34/0xf0 do_open+0x265/0x3d0 path_openat+0x110/0x290 do_filp_open+0xc3/0x170 do_sys_openat2+0x71/0xe0 __x64_sys_openat+0x6d/0xa0 do_syscall_64+0x62/0x310 entry_SYSCALL_64_after_hwframe+0x76/0x7e The fix is to use module_param_cb to validate and reject invalid values assigned to def_reserved_size.
CVE-2026-53317 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-29 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: mt76: mt7921: Place upper limit on station AID Any station configured with an AID over 20 causes a firmware crash. This situation occurred in our testing using an AP interface on 7922 hardware, with a modified hostapd, sourced from Mediatek's OpenWRT feeds. In stock hostapd, station AIDs begin counting at 1, and this configuration is prevented with an upper limit on associated stations. However, the modified hostapd began allocation at 65, which caused the firmware to crash. This fix does not allow these AIDs to work, but will prevent the firmware crash. This crash was only seen on IFTYPE_AP interfaces, and the fix does not appear to have an effect on IFTYPE_STATION behavior.
CVE-2026-13539 1 Wavlink 1 Wl-nu516u1-a 2026-06-29 8.8 High

The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
CVE-2026-53282 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-29 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: x86/kexec: Push kjump return address even for non-kjump kexec The version of purgatory code shipped by kexec-tools attempts to look above the top of its stack to find a return address for a kjump, even in a non-kjump kexec. After the commit in Fixes: the word above the stack might not be there, leading to a fault (which is at least now caught by my exception-handling code in kexec). That commit fixed things for the actual kjump path, but no longer "gratuitously" pushes the unused return address to the stack in the non-kjump path. Put that *back* in the non-kjump path, to prevent purgatory from crashing when trying to access it.

CVE-2026-9267 1 Eclipse 1 Tinydtls 2026-06-29 N/A
Eclipse tinydtls before commit b3efd41ad111a4920f599f51ffa4f5e9f1e72221 contains an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the check_server_certificate() function that allows unauthenticated attackers to trigger reads beyond valid buffer boundaries by crafting a Certificate handshake message with a specific fragment_length value. Attackers can exploit missing buffer length validation before uint24 reads, memcmp, and memcpy operations during DTLS epoch 0 on both client and server paths to cause denial of service on memory-constrained devices.
CVE-2026-45258 1 Freebsd 1 Freebsd 2026-06-29 7.8 High
dsp_mmap_single() validated the requested mapping by checking the sum of the user-supplied offset and length against the buffer size. This addition could overflow, so that a large offset and length wrapped around and passed the check. The offset was then narrowed from 64 to 32 bits when converted to a buffer address, yielding a mapping that extended past the audio buffer into unrelated kernel memory. The /dev/dsp device nodes are world-accessible by default. On a system with an audio device, either issue allows an unprivileged local user to read and write kernel memory, which can be used to escalate privileges, potentially gaining full control of the affected system. At a minimum, an attacker can crash the kernel, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS).
CVE-2026-13517 1 Tenda 1 Jd12l 2026-06-29 8.8 High

The manipulation of the argument page results in stack-based buffer overflow. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit has been made public and could be used.
CVE-2026-53146 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-28 7.1 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: thunderbolt: Limit XDomain response copy to actual frame size tb_xdomain_copy() copies req->response_size bytes from the received packet buffer regardless of the actual frame size. When a short response arrives, this reads past the valid frame data in the DMA pool buffer into stale contents from previous transactions. Use the minimum of frame size and expected response size for the copy length.
CVE-2026-53309 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-28 9.8 Critical
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ocfs2/dlm: fix off-by-one in dlm_match_regions() region comparison The local-vs-remote region comparison loop uses '<=' instead of '<', causing it to read one entry past the valid range of qr_regions. The other loops in the same function correctly use '<'. Fix the loop condition to use '<' for consistency and correctness.
CVE-2026-53250 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-28 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: xsk: cache csum_start/csum_offset to fix TOCTOU in xsk_skb_metadata() The TX metadata area resides in the UMEM buffer which is memory-mapped and concurrently writable by userspace. In xsk_skb_metadata(), csum_start and csum_offset are read from shared memory for bounds validation, then read again for skb assignment. A malicious userspace application can race to overwrite these values between the two reads, bypassing the bounds check and causing out-of-bounds memory access during checksum computation in the transmit path. Fix this by reading csum_start and csum_offset into local variables once, then using the local copies for both validation and assignment. Note that other metadata fields (flags, launch_time) and the cached csum fields may be mutually inconsistent due to concurrent userspace writes, but this is benign: the only security-critical invariant is that each field's validated value is the same one used, which local caching guarantees.
CVE-2026-53203 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-28 7.1 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: accel/ivpu: Add buffer overflow check in MS get_info_ioctl Add validation that the info size returned from the metric stream info query is not exceeded when checked against the allocated buffer size. If the firmware returns a size larger than the buffer, reject the operation with -EOVERFLOW instead of proceeding with an incorrect buffer copy.
CVE-2026-53254 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-28 8.1 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Bluetooth: RFCOMM: validate skb length in MCC handlers The RFCOMM MCC handlers cast skb->data to protocol-specific structs without validating skb->len first. A malicious remote device can send truncated MCC frames and trigger out-of-bounds reads in these handlers. Fix this by using skb_pull_data() to validate and access the required data before dereferencing it. rfcomm_recv_rpn() requires special handling since ETSI TS 07.10 allows 1-byte RPN requests. Handle this by validating only the DLCI byte first, and validating the full struct only when len > 1.
