CVSS v3.1 |
Incomplete tracking in PostgreSQL of changes to role membership, role attributes, and database ownership allows a query to continue using cached row-level security policies after those changes require a different policy, via plan reuse. Stale policies continue until some other event invalidates the cache or connection termination ends the session. This permits a user to complete reads and modifications that were recently permitted but now forbidden. An attacker must tailor an attack to a particular application's pattern of privilege removal and role-specific row security policies. Versions before PostgreSQL 18.5, 17.11, 16.15, 15.19, and 14.24 are affected.
OpenEMR before 8.3.0 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the EDI archive restore function. The archrestore_sel POST parameter is passed to the archive restore handler without sanitization for path traversal sequences. The handler checks whether the supplied path exists on the filesystem, and the differing response messages leak whether the target path exists. An authenticated user with EOB Data Entry permissions can probe arbitrary filesystem paths on the server to determine file existence.
IBM AIX 7.2, and 7.3 and IBM PowerVM VIOS 4.1 could allow a remote attacker to gain root privileges due to improper authentication.
jxl-oxide is a pure Rust implementation of a JPEG XL decoder. Prior to jxl-grid 0.6.2, decoding a crafted JPEG XL image on a 32-bit platform can overflow length calculations in AlignedGrid::with_alloc_tracker and related grid and subgrid arithmetic. A 65536 x 65536 frame can pass the frame-area limit while overflowing the usize element count, causing modular, VarDCT, or filter rendering paths to allocate a backing buffer smaller than the logical grid. A tiny bitstream-controlled cropped frame combined with a huge canvas or requested region can also reach the vulnerable composition path in crates/jxl-render/src/blend.rs through ordinary render_frame(). Later mutable subgrid and raw-pointer operations can then perform attacker-controlled out-of-bounds writes, causing memory corruption, denial of service, or arbitrary code execution. This issue is fixed in jxl-grid version 0.6.2.
Dell Command Update (DCU), versions prior to 5.7.1, contain a Missing Authorization vulnerability. A low privileged attacker with local access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Unauthorized access.
Heap buffer overflow in PostgreSQL regexp allows the query author to execute arbitrary code as the operating system user running the database, via text that would not pass encoding validation. This shares heritage with CVE-2026-2006, but this case involved unanticipated data growth when round-tripped through pg_wchar. Versions before PostgreSQL 18.5, 17.11, 16.15, 15.19, and 14.24 are affected.
Cleartext storage in PostgreSQL pgcrypto disabled ciphers allows a user to recover cleartext, via direct observation of the faulty ciphertext. The OpenSSL version and OpenSSL configuration determine the disabled ciphers. If the application accepts encrypted data as input, decryption will succeed even with the wrong key. This in turn loses the modest protection from the Modification Detection Code (MDC). Affected functions are pgp_sym_encrypt, pgp_sym_decrypt, pgp_pub_encrypt, pgp_pub_decrypt, pgp_sym_encrypt_bytea, pgp_sym_decrypt_bytea, pgp_pub_encrypt_bytea, and pgp_pub_decrypt_bytea. Versions before PostgreSQL 18.5, 17.11, 16.15, 15.19, and 14.24 are affected.
Integer wraparound in PostgreSQL tsvector and tsquery data type functions allows an unprivileged database user to cause the server to undersize an allocation and write out-of-bounds, via crafted large inputs. This may execute arbitrary code as the operating system user running the database. These types are typically sourced from application logic, not taken from the application's user. Hence, application users attacking the database, through the application as a conduit, are unlikely. CVE-2026-6473 had fixed similar problems. Versions before PostgreSQL 18.5, 17.11, 16.15, 15.19, and 14.24 are affected.
Dell Command Update (DCU), versions prior to 5.7.1, contain an Exposure of Sensitive System Information to an Unauthorized Control Sphere vulnerability. A low privileged attacker with local access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Information disclosure.
OpenEMR before 8.3.0 contains a cross-site request forgery vulnerability in the DICOM viewer. The web_path GET parameter in the DICOM viewer page is embedded unsanitized as a URL without validation against expected path formats. An attacker can craft a URL that causes an authenticated user with Patients - Documents permissions to make authenticated requests to arbitrary OpenEMR endpoints, enabling forced logout and other state-changing actions.
Dell Command Update (DCU), versions prior to 5.7.1, a Time-of-check Time-of-use (TOCTOU) Race Condition vulnerability. A low privileged attacker with local access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Elevation of Privileges.
OpenEMR before 8.3.0 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in the patient portal template import handler that allows authenticated attackers with Forms Administration permissions to upload template files containing arbitrary HTML or JavaScript. Attackers can inject malicious scripts through the template upload functionality, which are stored without sanitization and execute in the browser of any other Forms Administration user who views the template in the HTML editor.
Joomla! Component Bargain Product VM3 1.0 contains an SQL injection vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary SQL queries by injecting malicious code through the product_id parameter. Attackers can supply crafted SQL statements in GET requests to the brainy and alice views to extract sensitive database information.
Dell Command Update (DCU), versions prior to 5.7.1, contain a Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability. A low privileged attacker with local access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Elevation of Privileges.
Algernon is a small self-contained pure-Go web server. Prior to 1.17.9, Algernon on Windows selects a file handler in engine/handlers.go by calling filepath.Ext() without first rejecting NTFS-equivalent names such as x.lua::$DATA, x.lua., and x.lua . An unauthenticated client can append one of these suffixes to a public server-side script using the .lua, .tl, .po2, .amber, or .frm extension. The request path passes through URL2filename in utils/files.go, skips the renderer and execution cases, and reaches FilePage, os.Open, ReadAndLogErrors, and ToClient, while NTFS resolves the alias to the underlying script. The server consequently returns raw script source and can expose database credentials, API keys, and the SetCookieSecret value, which may permit forged session cookies. Linux and macOS hosts are not affected by this issue. This issue is fixed in version 1.17.9.
The SimpleSAMLphp SAML2 library is a PHP library for SAML2 related functionality. In 4.19.2 and 4.20.2, the library permits attacker-controlled XPath transforms while processing XML signatures in specially crafted SAML messages. XPath evaluation can consume uncontrolled processing resources, allowing a remote unauthenticated attacker to deny service to any entity relying on SimpleSAMLphp or directly on the SAML2 library. The mitigation limits the number of transforms, permits only transform algorithms identified by the SAML 2.0 Core specification, and specifically rejects XPath transforms. This issue is fixed in versions 4.19.3 and 4.20.3.
OpenEMR before 8.3.0 contains a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability in the patient portal template import handler. The templateHtml GET parameter is reflected into the page response without sanitization. An attacker can craft a URL that executes arbitrary JavaScript in the browser of any authenticated user with Forms Administration permissions who visits the link, enabling session hijacking.
Dell Command Update (DCU), versions prior to 5.7.1, contain a Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability. A low privileged attacker with local access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Elevation of Privileges.
The SimpleSAMLphp SAML2 library is a PHP library for SAML2 related functionality. Prior to versions 4.19.3, 4.20.2, 5.0.6, and 6.2.1, the HTTPArtifact::receive() flow can treat an unsigned embedded SAML Response as cryptographically valid for the wrong identity provider. SOAPClient::addSSLValidator() attaches a TLS-based validator to the outer SOAP ArtifactResponse, while the embedded Response receives a validator that delegates to the outer message and is later checked against metadata selected from the embedded response issuer rather than necessarily the artifact issuer. SOAPClient::validateSSL() returns normally when the TLS public key does not match the key being validated, and SAML2\Message::validate() treats a validator call that does not throw as successful. In a multi-IdP federation, a malicious or lower-trust IdP can therefore provide an ArtifactResponse containing an unsigned Response that claims a higher-trust victim IdP as issuer and authenticate as arbitrary users with attacker-chosen assertion attributes, NameID, and session data. This issue is fixed in versions 4.19.3, 4.20.2, 5.0.6, and 6.2.1.
Joomla Extension - cmsjunkie.com - Cross-site request forgery in J-BusinessDirectory < 6.2.3 - Tokens were missing on many AJAX/state-changing tasks: contact/quote forms, cart, bookmarks, uploads, messages, AI text generation, and several administrator actions (app install, demo-data wipe, cache/statistics archive, payment notification send, mobile push). Frontend CSRF needs a registered/listing-owner session; admin CSRF needs a backend admin session.
