CVSS v3.1 |
| TDengine is a time-series database optimized for Internet of Things devices. Prior to 3.4.1.14, source/libs/parser/src/parTokenizer.c tGetToken() incremented past a trailing backslash in a SQL string literal such as 'abc\ and read one byte beyond the null terminator, allowing an authenticated user who can submit SQL queries to crash the server and possibly leak adjacent memory. This issue is fixed in version 3.4.1.14. |
| TDengine is a time-series database optimized for Internet of Things devices. Prior to 3.4.1.15, source/libs/transport/src/transComm.c transDecompressMsg() read STransCompMsg.contLen when pHead->comp == 1 without first validating that the RPC packet contained the 8-byte STransCompMsg structure, causing an unauthenticated out-of-bounds read, uncontrolled allocation, integer underflow, and server crash. This issue is fixed in version 3.4.1.15. |
| Out-of-bounds read in Microsoft Office Excel allows an unauthorized attacker to disclose information locally. |
| ImageMagick before 7.1.2-26 and 6.9.13-51 contains an information disclosure vulnerability: when a profile is displayed with the identify command and the profile value is not printable, a single byte at the end of the profile can be printed (read past the profile boundary). This behavior occurs when debug output is enabled. |
| Out-of-bounds read in Windows Kernel allows an unauthorized attacker to disclose information over a network. |
| Out-of-bounds read in Microsoft Office Excel allows an unauthorized attacker to disclose information locally. |
| When NGINX Plus is configured to use the Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) filter module (ngx_stream_mqtt_filter_module), unauthenticated attackers can send requests with conditions beyond the attacker's control to cause a heap buffer over-read in the NGINX worker process, leading to a restart.
Impact:
This vulnerability may allow remote unauthenticated attackers to have limited control to restart the NGINX worker process. There is no control plane exposure; this is a data plane issue only.
Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. |
| Blender 3.0.0 through 5.1.2 contains an out-of-bounds read vulnerability that allows attackers to trigger a crash or read adjacent heap memory by supplying a crafted .blend file with a malicious signed short member_index value in the SDNA block. The member_index field is used as an array index into the sdna->members[] array in sdna_expand_names() without bounds validation, allowing any value outside the allocated range to produce an invalid pointer subsequently passed to strlen(), resulting in a SIGSEGV crash or unintended heap memory disclosure. |
| Tornado is a Python web framework and asynchronous networking library. Prior to 6.5.6, the optional native extension tornado.speedups implemented websocket_mask without validating that the mask argument is exactly four bytes, allowing the C function to read up to three bytes beyond the provided buffer when reached through Tornado XSRF token decoding with the native extension active. This issue is fixed in version 6.5.6. |
| Out-of-bounds read in Microsoft Office Excel allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code locally. |
| In Open5GS through version 2.7.7 a pre-authentication heap out-of-bounds read in the AMF NAS 5GS mobile-identity handler may result in subscriber-wide denial of service. |
| Out-of-bounds read in Windows RDP allows an unauthorized attacker to disclose information over a network. |
| Audition is affected by an out-of-bounds read vulnerability that could lead to disclosure of sensitive memory. An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to disclose sensitive information. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file. |
| The fix for CVE-2026-0716 (commit 6ff7ef0, libsoup 3.6.6) placed the integer overflow guard inside the if (masked) block, leaving unmasked server-to-client frames unprotected. A malicious WebSocket server can send a crafted unmasked frame with a payload length near UINT64_MAX to trigger an OOB read in a libsoup-based client when max_incoming_payload_size is set to 0. |
| Media Encoder is affected by an out-of-bounds read vulnerability that could lead to disclosure of sensitive memory. An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to disclose sensitive information. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file. |
| An out-of-bounds read vulnerability was found in libsoup's multipart processing subsystem. The flaw exists in the soup_multipart_input_stream_read_headers() function inside soup-multipart-input-stream.c, which does not adequately restrict or validate the size of incoming multipart boundary strings. When processing a crafted HTTP response containing a malformed or oversized boundary parameter, the internal stream reader reads past the allocated buffer bounds. A remote, unauthenticated attacker can exploit this behavior to cause a service denial (DoS) through application failure or potentially read fragments of unauthorized memory metadata. |
| DBI versions before 1.651 for Perl do not enforce statement handle consistency with the row.
When the statement handle had no fields but the source row was non-empty, the internal row-buffer helper would read from a negative array index.
This could be triggered by a caller supplying inconsistent metadata and rows to the prepare method. |
