CVSS v3.1 |
| A Denial of Service in CLFS.sys in Microsoft Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019, and Windows Server 2022 allows a malicious authenticated low-privilege user to cause a Blue Screen of Death via a forced call to the KeBugCheckEx function. |
| NeKernal is a free and open-source operating system stack. Version 0.0.2 has a 1-byte heap overflow in `rt_copy_memory`, which unconditionally wrote a null terminator at `dst[len]`. When `len` equals the size of the destination buffer (256 bytes), that extra `'\0'` write overruns the buffer by one byte. To avoid breaking existing callers or changing the public API, the patch in commit fb7b7f658327f659c6a6da1af151cb389c2ca4ee takes a minimal approach: it simply removes the overflow-causing line without adding bounds checks or altering the function signature. |
| A stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability exists in ActFax Server version 4.32, specifically in the "Import Users from File" functionality of the client interface. The application fails to properly validate the length of tab-delimited fields in .exp files, leading to unsafe usage of strcpy() during CSV parsing. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by crafting a malicious .exp file and importing it using the default character set "ECMA-94 / Latin 1 (ISO 8859)". Successful exploitation may result in arbitrary code execution, leading to full system compromise. User interaction is required to trigger the vulnerability. |
| Out-of-bounds Read vulnerability in Merge DICOM Toolkit C/C++ on Windows.
When MC_Open_File() function is used to read a malformed DICOM data, it might result in over-reading memory buffer and could cause memory access violation. |
| A stack-based buffer overflow exists in the UtilConfigHome.csp endpoint of InterSystems Caché 2009.1. The vulnerability is triggered by sending a specially crafted HTTP GET request containing an oversized argument to the .csp handler. Due to insufficient bounds checking, the input overflows a stack buffer, allowing an attacker to overwrite control structures and execute arbitrary code. It is unknown if this vulnerability was patched and an affected version range remains undefined. |
| TP-Link AX1800 WiFi 6 Router (Archer AX21) devices allow unauthenticated attackers (on the LAN) to execute arbitrary code as root via the db_dir field to minidlnad. The attacker obtains the ability to modify files.db, and that can be used to reach a stack-based buffer overflow in minidlna-1.1.2/upnpsoap.c. Exploitation requires that a USB flash drive is connected to the router (customers often do this to make a \\192.168.0.1 share available on their local network). |
| libarchive through 3.7.7 has a heap-based buffer over-read in header_gnu_longlink in archive_read_support_format_tar.c via a TAR archive because it mishandles truncation in the middle of a GNU long linkname. |
| Amlib’s NetOpacs webquery.dll contains a stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability triggered by improper handling of HTTP GET parameters. Specifically, the application fails to enforce bounds on input supplied to the app parameter, allowing excessive data to overwrite memory structures including the Structured Exception Handler (SEH). Additionally, malformed parameter names followed by an equals sign may result in unintended control flow behavior. This vulnerability is exposed through IIS and affects legacy Windows deployments |
| Stack-based Buffer Overflow in lws_adns_parse_label in warmcat libwebsockets allows, when the LWS_WITH_SYS_ASYNC_DNS flag is enabled during compilation, to overflow the label_stack, when the attacker is able to sniff a DNS request in order to craft a response with a matching id containing a label longer than the maximum. |
| Out-of-bounds read vulnerabilities in print processing of Generic Plus PCL6 Printer Driver / Generic Plus UFR II Printer Driver / Generic Plus LIPS4 Printer Driver / Generic Plus LIPSLX Printer Driver / Generic Plus PS Printer Driver / UFRII LT Printer Driver / CARPS2 Printer Driver / Generic FAX Driver / LIPS4 Printer Driver / LIPSLX Printer Driver / UFR II Printer Driver / PS Printer Driver / PCL6 Printer Driver |
| NVIDIA nvJPEG2000 library contains a vulnerability where an attacker can cause a buffer overflow issue by means of a specially crafted JPEG2000 file. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to data tampering. |
|
RoboDK v5.5.4
is vulnerable to heap-based buffer overflow while processing a specific project file. The resulting memory corruption may crash the application.
|
| A buffer overread can occur in the CPC application when operating in full duplex SPI upon receiving an invalid packet over the SPI interface. |
| An Improper Input Validation vulnerability affecting the FTP service running on the DJI Mavic Mini 3 Pro could allow an attacker to craft a malicious packet containing a malformed path provided to the FTP SIZE command that leads to a denial-of-service attack of the FTP service itself. |
| A vulnerability was discovered in DI_8200-16.07.26A1, There is a buffer overflow in the dbsrv_asp function; The strcpy function is executed without checking the length of the string, leading to a buffer overflow. |
| A crafted network packet may cause a buffer overrun in Wind River VxWorks 7 through 23.09. |
| An input validation weakness was reported in the TpmSetup module for some legacy System x server products that could allow a local attacker with elevated privileges to read the contents of memory. |
| RedisTimeSeries is a time-series database (TSDB) module for Redis, by Redis. Executing one of these commands TS.QUERYINDEX, TS.MGET, TS.MRAGE, TS.MREVRANGE by an authenticated user, using specially crafted command arguments may cause an integer overflow, a subsequent heap overflow, and potentially lead to remote code execution. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.6.20, 1.8.15, 1.10.15, and 1.12.3. |
| A stack overflow in the sctp_server::sctp_receiver_thread component of OpenAirInterface CN5G AMF (oai-cn5g-amf) up to v2.0.0 allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) by repeatedly establishing SCTP connections with the N2 interface. |
| With physical access to the device and enough time an attacker is able to solder test leads to the debug footprint (or use the 6-Pin tag-connect cable). Thus, the attacker gains access to the bootloader, where the kernel command line can be changed. An attacker is able to gain a root shell through this vulnerability. |
