CVSS v3.1 |
| Uncontrolled search path element for some Intel(R) Ethernet Connection software before version 29.4 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| A DLL hijacking vulnerability in the AMD Software Installer could allow an attacker to achieve privilege escalation potentially resulting in arbitrary code execution. |
| Realtek IIS Codec Service 6.4.10041.133 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability that allows local attackers to potentially execute arbitrary code. Attackers can exploit the unquoted path in the service configuration to inject malicious executables and escalate privileges on the system. |
| DLL hijacking vulnerabilities, caused by an uncontrolled search path in the
CP210 VCP Win 2k
installer can lead to privilege escalation and arbitrary code execution when running the impacted installer. |
| RemoteCall Remote Support Program (for Operator) versions prior to 5.1.0 contain an uncontrolled search path element vulnerability. If a crafted DLL is placed in the same folder with the affected product, it may cause an arbitrary code execution. |
| A DLL hijacking vulnerability in iTop VPN v16.0 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code via placing a crafted DLL file into the path \ProgramData\iTop VPN\Downloader\vpn6. |
| DLL Search Order Hijacking vulnerability potentially allowed an attacker with administrator privileges to load a malicious dynamic-link library and execute its code. |
| Uncontrolled search path for some Intel(R) oneAPI Level Zero software may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| Sandboxie-Plus 5.50.2 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability in the SbieSvc Windows service that allows local attackers to potentially execute arbitrary code. Attackers can exploit the unquoted binary path to inject malicious executables that will be run with LocalSystem privileges during service startup. |
| Uncontrolled search path in some Intel(R) oneAPI DPC++/C++ Compiler before version 2024.2 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| Prey 1.9.6 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability that allows local users to potentially execute code with elevated privileges. Attackers can exploit the unquoted path in the CronService to insert malicious code that would execute during application startup or system reboot. |
| NETGATE Data Backup 3.0.620 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability in its NGDatBckpSrv Windows service configuration. Attackers can exploit the unquoted path to inject and execute malicious code with LocalSystem privileges by placing executable files in specific directory locations. |
| Uncontrolled search path for some Intel(R) DSA software before version 25.2.15.9 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| Hi-Rez Studios 5.1.6.3 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability in the HiPatchService that allows local attackers to execute code with elevated privileges. Attackers can exploit the unquoted path during system startup or reboot to inject and run malicious executables with LocalSystem permissions. |
| A DLL hijack vulnerability was reported in Lenovo Baiying that could allow a local attacker to execute code with elevated privileges. |
| The Dyson MQTT server (2022 and possibly later) allows publications and subscriptions by a client that has the correct values of AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID, AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY, AWS_SESSION_TOKEN, and device serial number, even if a device (such as a Pure Hot+Cool device) has been removed and is not visible in the supported MyDyson app. This could allow an unexpected actor to obtain control and set the room temperature (up to 37 Celsius) if ownership of the device is transferred without wiping the device. NOTE: the Supplier's position is that this is a potential vulnerability that dates back 4 years ago in 2022 and "we are unable to replicate that anymore." Based on the submitted report, in order to leverage this issue, an attacker needs to own a Dyson device with full privileges, sniff for the AWS credentials, and then transfer ownership of that Dyson device to the victim. Even if these steps were successfully accomplished, the attacker only acquires the ability to configure the Dyson device within its safe operating range, and does not acquire the ability to execute code on the device or obtain sensitive information. |
| DLL hijacking vulnerabilities, caused by an uncontrolled search path in the CP210x VCP Windows
installer can lead to privilege escalation and arbitrary code execution when running the impacted installer. |
| Uncontrolled search path for some Intel(R) oneAPI Toolkit and component software installers may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| WIN-PACK PRO 4.8 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability in the GuardTourService that allows local users to potentially execute code with elevated system privileges. Attackers can exploit the unquoted path in C:\Program Files <x86>\WINPAKPRO\WP GuardTour Service.exe to inject malicious code that would execute during service startup. |
| RemoteView PC Application Console versions prior to 6.0.2 contain an uncontrolled search path element vulnerability. If a crafted DLL is placed in the same folder with the affected product, it may cause an arbitrary code execution. |
