| CVE-2026-20898 | 2026-08-11 | N/A | ||
| Improper access control in the firmware for some in Alias Checking Trusted Module for some Intel(R) Xeon(R) processors may allow an escalation of privilege. Startup code and SMM adversary with a privileged user combined with a high complexity attack may enable escalation of privilege. This result may potentially occur via local access when attack requirements are not present without special internal knowledge and requires no user interaction. The potential vulnerability may impact the confidentiality (high), integrity (high) and availability (none) of the vulnerable system, resulting in subsequent system confidentiality (high), integrity (high) and availability (none) impacts. | ||||
| CVE-2026-18982 | 2 Red Hat, Redhat | 2 Red Hat Openshift Ai (rhoai), Openshift Ai | 2026-08-11 | 8.8 High |
| A flaw was found in the RHOAI training-operator. This vulnerability allows a user with standard edit or admin roles in any Kubernetes namespace to escalate their privileges. Through the creation of training jobs, an attacker can impersonate service accounts, access the host filesystem, and potentially execute arbitrary code remotely. This issue arises from the aggregation of training job permissions onto native Kubernetes edit and admin ClusterRoles, coupled with unrestricted PodTemplateSpec passthrough. | ||||
| CVE-2026-14180 | 1 Redhat | 8 Apache Camel Hawtio, Camel Spring Boot, Enterprise Linux and 5 more | 2026-08-11 | 5.3 Medium |
| A flaw was found in the ChunkReader component of the Undertow HTTP server, which is used by WildFly and JBoss EAP to handle chunked transfer encoding. The issue occurs because the parser uses a single internal variable to store both the remaining chunk size and state flags. By sending a specially crafted request with an extremely large chunk size, an attacker can cause these values to overlap, tricking the parser into thinking a request has finished prematurely. This can allow a second, "smuggled" request to be processed out of sync, potentially bypassing security controls. | ||||
| CVE-2026-73230 | 2026-08-11 | N/A | ||
| Ente provides end-to-end encrypted cloud services and security tools. Prior to 2026.07.28, Ente 2of3 card format version 1 stored the secret byte length and 32-bit FNV-1a checksum in cleartext on every card, allowing someone with one card to test candidate secrets offline and recover low-entropy or predictable secrets. This issue is fixed in version 2026.07.28. | ||||
| CVE-2026-73283 | 1 Openbsd | 1 Openssh | 2026-08-11 | 2.5 Low |
| In sshd in OpenSSH before 10.5, the restrict keyword (in authorized_keys) was supposed to be applicable to tunnel forwarding but was not. | ||||
| CVE-2024-14042 | 1 Open5gs | 1 Open5gs | 2026-08-11 | 6.3 Medium |
| A vulnerability was found in Open5GS up to 2.7.1. This affects the function hss_ogs_diam_s6a_air_cb/hss_ogs_diam_s6a_ulr_cb of the file src/hss/hss-s6a-path.c of the component Diameter S6a Interface. Performing a manipulation of the argument os.len results in stack-based buffer overflow. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been made public and could be used. Upgrading to version 2.7.2 is able to mitigate this issue. The patch is named e89aa79efe629ae90f59dcdf8847c117d9a7da86. It is suggested to upgrade the affected component. | ||||

| In ssh in OpenSSH before 10.5, a use-after-free for realloc data can occur if a certain pair of remote-forwarding operations are concurrent. | ||||
| CVE-2026-73281 | 1 Openbsd | 1 Openssh | 2026-08-11 | 3.5 Low |
| In ssh-agent in OpenSSH before 10.5, some operations can occur remotely but were intended to occur only locally, including operations that add tokens or use keys. This is caused by misinteraction between agent locking and the session-bind@openssh.com extension. | ||||
| CVE-2026-64188 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-08-11 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: qualcomm: rmnet: fix endpoint use-after-free in rmnet_dellink() rmnet_dellink() removes the endpoint from the hash table with hlist_del_init_rcu() and then immediately frees it with kfree(). However, RCU readers on the receive path (rmnet_rx_handler -> __rmnet_map_ingress_handler) may still hold a reference to the endpoint and dereference ep->egress_dev after the memory has been freed. The endpoint is a kmalloc-32 object, and the stale read at offset 8 corresponds to the egress_dev pointer. Also remove the rmnet_vnd_dellink() call and inline only the nr_rmnet_devs decrement, since rmnet_vnd_dellink() would set ep->egress_dev to NULL during the grace period, creating a data race with lockless readers. | ||||
| CVE-2026-64189 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-08-11 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: ipset: fix race between dump and ip_set_list resize The release path of ip_set_dump_do() and ip_set_dump_done() read inst->ip_set_list via ip_set_ref_netlink(), a plain rcu_dereference_raw() of the array pointer. These run from netlink_recvmsg() without the nfnl mutex and without an RCU read-side critical section. A concurrent ip_set_create() can grow the array: it publishes the new array, calls synchronize_net() and then kvfree()s the old one. Since the dump paths read the array outside any RCU reader, synchronize_net() does not wait for them and the old array can be freed while they still index into it, causing a use-after-free. The dumped set itself stays pinned via set->ref_netlink, so only the array load needs protecting. Take rcu_read_lock() around it, matching ip_set_get_byname() and __ip_set_put_byindex(). | CVE-2026-64190 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-08-11 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: team: fix NULL pointer dereference in team_xmit during mode change __team_change_mode() clears team->ops with memset() before restoring safe dummy handlers via team_adjust_ops(). A concurrent team_xmit() running under RCU on another CPU can read team->ops.transmit during this window and call a NULL function pointer, crashing the kernel. The race requires a mode change (CAP_NET_ADMIN) concurrent with transmit on the team device. BUG: kernel NULL pointer dereference, address: 0000000000000000 Oops: 0010 [#1] SMP KASAN NOPTI RIP: 0010:0x0 Call Trace: team_xmit (drivers/net/team/team_core.c:1853) dev_hard_start_xmit (net/core/dev.c:3904) __dev_queue_xmit (net/core/dev.c:4871) packet_sendmsg (net/packet/af_packet.c:3109) __sys_sendto (net/socket.c:2265) The original code assumed that no ports means no traffic, so mode changes could freely memset()/memcpy() the ops. AF_PACKET with forced carrier breaks that assumption. Prevent the race instead of making it safe: replace memset()/memcpy() with per-field updates that never touch transmit or receive. Those two handlers are managed solely by team_adjust_ops(), which already installs dummies when tx_en_port_count == 0 (always true during mode change since no ports are present). WRITE_ONCE/READ_ONCE prevent store/load tearing on the handler pointers. synchronize_net() before exit_op() drains in-flight readers that may still reference old mode state from before port removal switched the handlers to dummies. | ||||
| CVE-2026-64191 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-08-11 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: i2c: stub: Reject I2C block transfers with invalid length The I2C_SMBUS_I2C_BLOCK_DATA case in stub_xfer() uses data->block[0] as the transfer length. The existing check only clamps it to avoid overrunning the chip->words[256] register array, but does not validate it against I2C_SMBUS_BLOCK_MAX (32), which is the limit of the union i2c_smbus_data.block buffer (34 bytes total). The driver is a development/test tool (CONFIG_I2C_STUB=m, not built by default) that must be loaded with a chip_addr= parameter. A local user with access to /dev/i2c-* can issue an I2C_SMBUS ioctl with I2C_SMBUS_I2C_BLOCK_DATA and data->block[0] > 32, causing stub_xfer() to read or write past the end of the union i2c_smbus_data.block buffer: BUG: KASAN: stack-out-of-bounds in stub_xfer (drivers/i2c/i2c-stub.c:223) Read of size 1 at addr ffff88800abcfd92 by task exploit/81 Call Trace: <TASK> stub_xfer (drivers/i2c/i2c-stub.c:223) __i2c_smbus_xfer (drivers/i2c/i2c-core-smbus.c:593) i2c_smbus_xfer (drivers/i2c/i2c-core-smbus.c:536) i2cdev_ioctl_smbus (drivers/i2c/i2c-dev.c:391) i2cdev_ioctl (drivers/i2c/i2c-dev.c:478) __x64_sys_ioctl (fs/ioctl.c:583) do_syscall_64 (arch/x86/entry/syscall_64.c:94) entry_SYSCALL_64_after_hwframe (arch/x86/entry/entry_64.S:130) </TASK> The bug exists because i2c-stub implements .smbus_xfer directly, bypassing the I2C_SMBUS_BLOCK_MAX validation in i2c_smbus_xfer_emulated(). The I2C_SMBUS_BLOCK_DATA case in the same function correctly validates against I2C_SMBUS_BLOCK_MAX, but the I2C_SMBUS_I2C_BLOCK_DATA case does not. Fix by rejecting transfers with data->block[0] == 0 or data->block[0] > I2C_SMBUS_BLOCK_MAX with -EINVAL, consistent with both the I2C_SMBUS_BLOCK_DATA case in the same function and the I2C_SMBUS_I2C_BLOCK_DATA validation in i2c_smbus_xfer_emulated(). | ||||
| CVE-2026-16454 | 1 Eclipse | 1 Hawkbit | 2026-08-11 | 4.3 Medium |
| In Eclipse hawkBit versions 1.0.3 and prior, a privilege escalation vulnerability (CWE-284 / CWE-862) has been identified in the Direct Device Integration (DDI) Controller. This vulnerability allows an authenticated device to escalate its permissions and bypass the strict boundaries of its assigned updates. Under normal operation, a device should be restricted strictly to the specific firmware artifacts explicitly assigned to it. However, this flaw enables any authenticated device to bypass this restriction and download any firmware artifact within the same tenant. This is not an authentication bypass; the requesting device must possess valid credentials for its respective tenant. Instead, the issue stems from a flaw in object-level authorization validation. A related, lower-severity helper issue exists in the listing software modules artifacts metadata endpoint. This endpoint does not enforce assignment checks, enabling an authenticated device to list and enumerate available firmware artifacts, which can facilitate targeted exfiltration using the main download authorization bypass. | ||||
| CVE-2026-64192 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-08-11 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Reject BPF_MAP_TYPE_INODE_STORAGE creation if BPF LSM is uninitialized When CONFIG_BPF_LSM=y is set, BPF inode storage maps (BPF_MAP_TYPE_INODE_STORAGE) are compiled into the kernel. However, if the BPF LSM is not explicitly enabled at boot time (e.g. omitted from the "lsm=" boot parameter), lsm_prepare() is never executed for the BPF LSM. Consequently, the BPF inode security blob offset (bpf_lsm_blob_sizes.lbs_inode) is never initialized and remains at its default compiled size of 8 bytes instead of being updated to a valid offset past the reserved struct rcu_head (typically 16 bytes or more). When a privileged user creates and updates a BPF_MAP_TYPE_INODE_STORAGE map, bpf_inode() evaluates inode->i_security + 8. This erroneously aliases the struct rcu_head.func callback pointer at the beginning of the inode->i_security blob. During subsequent map element cleanup or inode destruction, writing NULL to owner_storage clears the queued RCU callback pointer. When rcu_do_batch() later executes the queued callback, it attempts an instruction fetch at address 0x0, triggering an immediate kernel panic. Fix this by introducing a global bpf_lsm_initialized boolean flag marked with __ro_after_init. Set this flag to true inside bpf_lsm_init() when the LSM framework successfully registers the BPF LSM. Gate map allocation in inode_storage_map_alloc() on this flag, returning -EOPNOTSUPP if the BPF LSM is in turn uninitialized. This fail-fast approach prevents userspace from allocating inode storage maps when the supporting BPF LSM infrastructure is absent, avoiding zombie map states. | ||||
| CVE-2026-73031 | 2026-08-11 | 8.7 High | ||
| telegram-search contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability that allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary JavaScript in victims' browsers by sending crafted messages containing unsanitized HTML to a shared Telegram group. The highlightKeyword function in MessageList.vue passes raw message content directly to v-html without HTML escaping or sanitization, enabling stored, cross-user, zero-click execution of injected payloads such as image onerror handlers when victims browse or search messages. | ||||
| CVE-2026-73211 | 2026-08-11 | 9.8 Critical | ||
| PeerTube is an ActivityPub-federated video streaming platform. Prior to 8.1.6, ActorFollowModel.updateScore() interpolates the attacker-controlled ActivityPub actor inboxUrl into an SQL query, allowing an unauthenticated remote server to read and write PeerTube database tables, including oAuthToken.accessToken, and take over administrator accounts. This issue is fixed in version 8.1.6. | ||||
| CVE-2026-73216 | 2026-08-11 | 6.5 Medium | ||
| Coturn is a free open source implementation of TURN and STUN Server. Prior to 4.17.0, shutdown_client_connection() in src/server/ns_turn_server.c prematurely calls dec_quota() and releases bandwidth accounting during the first-stage close of a mobility-enabled allocation while preserving the allocation, relay socket, session, and mobility ticket, allowing an authenticated client to bypass --user-quota and --total-quota and exhaust relay ports. This issue is fixed in version 4.17.0. | ||||
