| Windmill is an open-source developer platform for internal code: APIs, background jobs, workflows and UIs. Prior to 1.715.0, a resource-scoped API token could read script contents outside its allowed path scope through GET /api/w/{workspace}/scripts/list_search. The route-level scope middleware validated the token domain and action but did not enforce the resource/path segment, and the list_search_scripts handler had no additional check_scopes call or per-row filtering before returning script path and content fields. A token such as scripts:read:f/allowed/* could therefore receive source code for unrelated paths in the same workspace, potentially disclosing internal automation logic, integration details, business logic, inline configuration, or hardcoded secrets and credentials. Exploitation required possession of a valid scoped API token for the workspace but did not require administrator privileges. This issue is fixed in version 1.715.0. |
| A vulnerability in the TLS cryptography functionality of the Snort 3 Detection Engine of Cisco Secure Firewall Threat Defense (FTD) Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause the Snort 3 Detection Engine to unexpectedly restart, resulting in a denial of service (DoS) condition.
This vulnerability is due to improper implementation of the TLS protocol. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted TLS packet to an affected system. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause a device that is running Cisco Secure FTD Software to drop network traffic, resulting in a DoS condition.
Note: TLS 1.3 is not affected by this vulnerability. |
| VictoriaMetrics is a scalable solution for monitoring and managing time series data. Prior to 1.122.25, 1.136.12, and 1.146.0, vmrestore does not validate backup part path components before using lib/backup/actions/restore.go and lib/backup/fslocal/fslocal.go to write restored data below storageDataPath. An attacker who can supply or modify an S3, GCS, Azure Blob Storage, or other backup source can place .. components in object names. When an operator restores that source, the crafted names can create or overwrite files outside the intended restore root within the filesystem permissions of the vmrestore process. This issue is fixed in versions 1.122.25, 1.136.12, and 1.146.0. |
| Dell OpenManage Enterprise, versions prior to 4.7.0, contains an Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an OS Command ('OS Command Injection') vulnerability. A low privileged attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Command execution. |
| Dell OpenManage Enterprise, versions prior to 4.7.0, contains an Improper Restriction of XML External Entity Reference vulnerability. A low privileged attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Information exposure. |
| lxml is a library for processing XML and HTML in the Python language. Prior to 6.1.1, link attributes in ``lxml.html.defs.link_attrs`` were missing ``xlink:href``, which can be used for URL bypass attacks in embedded SVG/MathML/etc. content. This vulnerability was fixed in lxml 6.1.1 and lxml_html_clean 0.4.5. |
| Handlebars.java provides logic-less and semantic Mustache templates with Java. Prior to 4.5.3, com.github.jknack.handlebars.springmvc.SpringTemplateLoader resolves attacker-influenced Spring MVC view names through Spring ResourceLoader without the path-containment validation used by other URL-based loaders. In handlebars-springmvc/src/main/java/com/github/jknack/handlebars/springmvc/SpringTemplateLoader.java, a view name using a file: or classpath: URL and ending with the # fragment delimiter places the appended .hbs suffix in the fragment, which FileUrlResource.exists() and URL.openStream() discard. HandlebarsViewResolver in handlebars-springmvc/src/main/java/com/github/jknack/handlebars/springmvc/HandlebarsViewResolver.java then passes the attacker-controlled name to handlebars.compile(), allowing an unauthenticated remote attacker to read files accessible to the JVM when an application exposes a controller with a user-influenced view name. This issue is fixed in version 4.5.3. |
| A security flaw has been discovered in Comfast CF-N1-S 2.6.0.1. Affected by this issue is the function sub_44B438 of the file /cgi-bin/mbox-config?method=SET§ion=ptest_ssid of the component SSID Configuration. The manipulation of the argument ssid results in stack-based buffer overflow. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. |
| The unstructured library provides open-source components for ingesting and pre-processing images and text documents, such as PDFs, HTML, Word docs, and many more. From 0.4.7 until 0.24.0, the url argument of partition, partition_html, and partition_md is fetched without host validation in unstructured/partition/auto.py, unstructured/partition/html/partition.py, and unstructured/partition/md.py. An attacker who controls that URL can make a server-side ingestion service request loopback addresses, internal HTTP services, or cloud metadata endpoints through direct targets, redirects, or DNS rebinding. The response body is returned as Element text, allowing internal response disclosure, and side-effecting GET endpoints may also be triggered. This issue is fixed in version 0.24.0. |
| A vulnerability in the Snort 2 and Snort 3 deep packet inspection of Cisco Secure Firewall Threat Defense (FTD) Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to bypass configured Snort rules and allow traffic onto the network that should have been dropped.
This vulnerability is due to a logic error in the integration of the Snort Engine rules with Cisco Secure FTD Software that could allow different Snort rules to be hit when deep inspection of the packet is performed for the inner and outer connections. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted traffic to a targeted device that would hit configured Snort rules. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to send traffic to a network where it should have been denied. |
| Plate is a rich-text editor with AI and shadcn/ui. Prior to 53.3.2, @platejs/docx-io fetches remote image URLs while converting attacker-controlled HTML through htmlToDocxBlob in a server-side or privileged environment. The converter can make requests to internal network resources and include the fetched image bytes in the generated DOCX, allowing server-side request forgery with response disclosure. Applications can also incur resource consumption from attacker-selected remote responses. This issue is fixed in version 53.3.2. |
| A vulnerability in the memory management handling for the Snort 3 Detection Engine of Cisco Secure Firewall Threat Defense (FTD) Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause the Snort 3 Detection Engine to restart.
This vulnerability is due to a logic error in memory management when a device is performing Snort 3 SSL packet inspection. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted SSL packets through an established connection to be parsed by the Snort 3 Detection Engine. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition when the Snort 3 Detection Engine unexpectedly restarts. |
| dbx is a cross-platform database client for databases. Prior to 0.5.51, dbx-web auth_middleware in crates/dbx-web/src/auth.rs passes every protected request to the handler chain when password_hash is None. A fresh deployment reaches that state when DBX_PASSWORD is unset and no stored password exists, while crates/dbx-web/src/main.rs binds the service to 0.0.0.0 on port 4224 by default. An unauthenticated network attacker can call the /api/connection/connect and /api/query/execute routes to use configured database credentials and execute arbitrary SQL, allowing disclosure, modification, or destruction of data in connected databases. The desktop Tauri application is not affected because it binds only to loopback. This issue is fixed in version 0.5.51. |
| A flaw was found in FreeIPA. The trust-fetch-domains command is gated by a read-only permission on the trust object rather than a trust-administration permission, allowing an authenticated, non-privileged IPA user to trigger a privileged Active Directory trust refresh using an attacker-supplied server and credentials, resulting in unauthorized, attacker-controlled modification of trusted-domain and ID-range identity data in the IPA LDAP directory. |
| SumatraPDF is a multi-format reader for Windows. In 3.6.1 and earlier, a crafted CHM file can supply malformed LZX Huffman code lengths to make_decode_table in ext/CHMLib/lzx.c. In the long-code branch, the function writes new internal nodes through next_symbol before validating that the canonical Huffman table has overflowed. The PRETREE case can write beyond the 104-entry PRETREE_table into adjacent heap state in struct LZXstate when reached through chm_open, chm_retrieve_object, LZXdecompress, and BUILD_TABLE. This produces heap memory corruption in the parser process, while arbitrary code execution has not been demonstrated. No fixed version is available as of this review. |
| deepmerge-ts is a typescript library providing functionality to deep merging of javascript objects. Prior to 8.0.0, the deepmerge, deepmergeCustom, deepmergeInto, and deepmergeIntoCustom APIs do not track visited objects or object pairs when recursively merging records. When two input values contain self-references at the same property path, the merge logic repeatedly revisits the same pair until Node.js raises RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceeded. Applications that merge attacker-controlled recursive object graphs can synchronously crash the affected process or cause repeated worker restarts. Plain JSON input alone cannot create the recursive graph required to trigger the issue. This issue is fixed in version 8.0.0. |
| WebOb provides objects for HTTP requests and responses. Prior to 1.8.11, Response._make_location_absolute() in src/webob/response.py checks a Location value for a URI scheme or leading double slash before urllib.parse.urljoin() strips leading C0 control characters and spaces. An attacker-controlled value such as a space followed by a protocol-relative or absolute URL can therefore bypass SCHEME_RE and startswith("//") checks and be normalized to an off-host redirect. Request.relative_url() and webob.exc._HTTPMove subclasses, including HTTPFound, are also affected because they use the same unsafe URL joining behavior or bypass the earlier normalization path. An unauthenticated attacker who can influence an application's redirect target can send users to an attacker-controlled host for phishing or OAuth and SSO token theft, but exploitation requires the user to follow the redirect. This issue is fixed in version 1.8.11. |
