CVSS v3.1 |
| The health module has insufficient restrictions on loading URLs, which may lead to some information leakage. |
| A client-side remote code execution vulnerability exists in Hanwha Techwin Smart Security Manager (SSM) versions 1.32 and 1.4, due to improper restrictions on the PUT method exposed by the bundled Apache ActiveMQ instance (running on port 8161). An attacker can exploit this flaw through a Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) bypass combined with JavaScript-triggered file uploads to the web server, ultimately resulting in arbitrary code execution with SYSTEM privileges.
This vulnerability bypasses the server-side mitigations introduced in ZDI-15-156 and ZDI-16-481 by shifting the exploitation to the client-side.
This product is now referred to as Hanwha Wisenet SSM and it is unknown if current versions are affected. |
| In affected versions, vulnerability-lookup did not track or limit failed
One-Time Password (OTP) attempts during Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
verification. An attacker who already knew or guessed a valid username
and password could submit an arbitrary number of OTP codes without
causing the account to be locked or generating any specific alert for
administrators.
This lack of rate-limiting and lockout on OTP failures significantly
lowers the cost of online brute-force attacks against 2FA codes and
increases the risk of successful account takeover, especially if OTP
entropy is reduced (e.g. short numeric codes, user reuse, or predictable
tokens). Additionally, administrators had no direct visibility into
accounts experiencing repeated 2FA failures, making targeted attacks
harder to detect and investigate.
The patch introduces a persistent failed_otp_attempts counter on user
accounts, locks the user after 5 invalid OTP submissions, resets the
counter on successful verification, and surfaces failed 2FA attempts in
the admin user list. This enforces an account lockout policy for OTP
brute-force attempts and improves monitoring capabilities for suspicious
2FA activity.This issue affects Vulnerability-Lookup: before 2.18.0. |
| The OTP Integration Kit for PingFederate fails to enforce HTTP method validation and state validation properly. The server advances the authentication state without verifying the OTP, thereby bypassing multi-factor authentication. |
| Telesquare SKT LTE Router SDT-CS3B1 software version 1.2.0 contains an unauthenticated remote reboot vulnerability that allows attackers to trigger device reboot without authentication. Attackers can send POST requests to the lte.cgi endpoint with the Command=Reboot parameter to cause denial of service by forcing the router to restart. |
| A missing authentication for critical function vulnerability has been reported to affect QVR Pro. The remote attackers can then exploit the vulnerability to gain access to the system.
We have already fixed the vulnerability in the following version:
QVR Pro 2.7.4.14 and later |
| OneUptime is an open-source monitoring and observability platform. Prior to version 10.0.42, the Worker service's ManualAPI exposes workflow execution endpoints (GET /workflow/manual/run/:workflowId and POST /workflow/manual/run/:workflowId) without any authentication middleware. An attacker who can obtain or guess a workflow ID can trigger arbitrary workflow execution with attacker-controlled input data, enabling JavaScript code execution, notification abuse, and data manipulation. This issue has been patched in version 10.0.42. |

| CLIENT_CERT authentication does not fail as expected for some scenarios when soft fail is disabled vulnerability in Apache Tomcat, Apache Tomcat Native.
This issue affects Apache Tomcat: from 11.0.0-M1 through 11.0.18, from 10.1.0-M7 through 10.1.52, from 9.0.83 through 9.0.115; Apache Tomcat Native: from 1.1.23 through 1.1.34, from 1.2.0 through 1.2.39, from 1.3.0 through 1.3.6, from 2.0.0 through 2.0.13.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version Tomcat Native 1.3.7 or 2.0.14 and Tomcat 11.0.20, 10.1.53 and 9.0.116, which fix the issue. |
| CLIENT_CERT authentication does not fail as expected for some scenarios when soft fail is disabled and FFM is used in Apache Tomcat.
This issue affects Apache Tomcat: from 11.0.0-M14 through 11.0.20, from 10.1.22 through 10.1.53, from 9.0.92 through 9.0.116.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 11.0.21, 10.1.54 or 9.0.117, which fixes the issue. |
| Missing authentication for critical function in Azure IoT Explorer allows an unauthorized attacker to disclose information over a network. |
| A low-privileged remote attacker can send Modbus packets to manipulate
register values that are inputs to the odorant injection logic such that
too much or too little odorant is injected into a gas line. |
| An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel 5.8.9. The WEP, WPA, WPA2, and WPA3 implementations reassemble fragments even though some of them were sent in plaintext. This vulnerability can be abused to inject packets and/or exfiltrate selected fragments when another device sends fragmented frames and the WEP, CCMP, or GCMP data-confidentiality protocol is used. |
| An issue was discovered on Samsung Galaxy S3 i9305 4.4.4 devices. The WEP, WPA, WPA2, and WPA3 implementations accept second (or subsequent) broadcast fragments even when sent in plaintext and process them as full unfragmented frames. An adversary can abuse this to inject arbitrary network packets independent of the network configuration. |
| A Missing Authentication for Critical Function vulnerability in the Flexible PIC Concentrators (FPCs) of Juniper Networks Junos OS Evolved on PTX Series allows a local, authenticated attacker with low privileges to gain direct access to FPCs installed in the device.
A local user with low privileges can gain direct access to the installed FPCs as a high privileged user, which can potentially lead to a full compromise of the affected component.
This issue affects Junos OS Evolved on PTX10004, PTX10008, PTX100016, with JNP10K-LC1201 or JNP10K-LC1202:
* All versions before 21.2R3-S8-EVO,
* 21.4-EVO versions before 21.4R3-S7-EVO,
* 22.2-EVO versions before 22.2R3-S4-EVO,
* 22.3-EVO versions before 22.3R3-S3-EVO,
* 22.4-EVO versions before 22.4R3-S2-EVO,
* 23.2-EVO versions before 23.2R2-EVO. |
| Dockyard is a Docker container management app. Prior to 1.1.0, Docker container start and stop operations are performed through GET requests without CSRF protection. A remote attacker can cause a logged-in administrator's browser to request /apps/action.php?action=stop&name=<container> or /apps/action.php?action=start&name=<container>, which starts or stops the target container. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.1.0. |
| This vulnerability exists in the Atom 3x Projector due to improper exposure of the Android Debug Bridge (ADB) service over the local network without authentication or access controls. An unauthenticated attacker on the same network can exploit this vulnerability to obtain root-level access, leading to complete compromise of the targeted device. |
| A Code Injection and Missing Authentication vulnerability in Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) versions 1.7.0 (and 2.0.0a1) through 1.28.1 (and 2.0.0a2) on Python (OSS), Cloud Run, and GKE allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the server hosting the ADK instance.
This vulnerability was patched in versions 1.28.1 and 2.0.0a2.
Customers need to redeploy the upgraded ADK to their production environments. In addition, if they are running ADK Web locally, they also need to upgrade their local instance. |
| Missing authentication for critical function in Azure MCP Server allows an unauthorized attacker to disclose information over a network. |
| JetKVM before 0.5.4 does not rate limit login requests, enabling brute-force attempts to guess credentials. |
