CVSS v3.1 |
tcpdump 4.9.0 has a heap-based buffer over-read in the lldp_print function in print-lldp.c, related to util-print.c.
tcpdump 4.9.0 has a heap-based buffer over-read in the pimv1_print function in print-pim.c.
FontForge 20161012 is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer over-read in PSCharStringToSplines (psread.c) resulting in DoS or code execution via a crafted otf file.
FontForge 20161012 is vulnerable to a buffer over-read in strnmatch (char.c) resulting in DoS or code execution via a crafted otf file, related to a call from the readttfcopyrights function in parsettf.c.
A heap-based buffer over-read was found in the function decompileCALLFUNCTION in util/decompile.c in Ming 0.4.8, which allows attackers to cause a denial of service via a crafted file.
GraphicsMagick 1.3.26 is vulnerable to a memory information disclosure vulnerability found in the DescribeImage function of the magick/describe.c file, because of a heap-based buffer over-read. The portion of the code containing the vulnerability is responsible for printing the IPTC Profile information contained in the image. This vulnerability can be triggered with a specially crafted MIFF file. There is an out-of-bounds buffer dereference because certain increments are never checked.
Stack-based buffer overflow in the aac_sync function in aac_parser.c in Libav before 11.5 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds read) via a crafted file.
The ReadPSDImage function in MagickCore/locale.c in ImageMagick allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds read) via a crafted PSD file.
An issue was discovered in Adobe Acrobat and Reader: 2017.012.20098 and earlier versions, 2017.011.30066 and earlier versions, 2015.006.30355 and earlier versions, and 11.0.22 and earlier versions. This vulnerability is an instance of a type confusion vulnerability in the EMF processing module. The issue causes the program to access an object using an incompatible type, leading to an out of bounds memory access. Attackers can exploit the vulnerability by using the out of bounds access for unintended reads, writes, or frees -- potentially leading to code corruption, control-flow hijack, or information leak attack.
Heap-based buffer overflow in coders/psd.c in ImageMagick allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds read) via a crafted PSD file.
coders/wpg.c in ImageMagick allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds read) via a crafted file.
The ReadVIFFImage function in coders/viff.c in ImageMagick allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (segmentation fault) via a crafted VIFF file.
coders/xcf.c in ImageMagick allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds read) via a crafted XCF file.
The quantum handling code in ImageMagick allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (divide-by-zero error or out-of-bounds write) via a crafted file.
coders/psd.c in ImageMagick allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds read) via a crafted PSD file.
The generic decoder in ImageMagick allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds access) via a crafted file.
coders/psd.c in ImageMagick allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds write) via a crafted file.
An issue was discovered in Adobe Acrobat and Reader: 2017.012.20098 and earlier versions, 2017.011.30066 and earlier versions, 2015.006.30355 and earlier versions, and 11.0.22 and earlier versions. This vulnerability occurs because of a computation that reads data that is past the end of the target buffer; the computation is part of the XPS conversion module, when handling a JPEG resource. The use of an invalid (out-of-range) pointer offset during access of internal data structure fields causes the vulnerability. A successful attack can lead to sensitive data exposure.
The chartorune function in Artifex Software MuJS allows attackers to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds read) via a * (asterisk) at the end of the input.
arch/x86/mm.c in Xen allows local PV guest OS users to gain host OS privileges via vectors related to map_grant_ref.
