The error path was moved ahead of bio_alloc_clone() in c82aa1b76787c ("md/raid5: move checking badblock before clone bio in raid5_read_one_chunk"). The previous code checked and freed align_bio which required a bio_put. After the move that is no longer needed as raid_bio is returned to the control of the common io path which performs its own endio resulting in a double free on bad device blocks.
CVE-2022-50750 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-04 7.8 High

In that case, when the dst reaches the boundary, the srclen is still greater than 0, which causes a OOB write. Fix this by adding a check on dstlen in while() before writing to dst address.
CVE-2022-50746 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-04 8.4 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: erofs: validate the extent length for uncompressed pclusters syzkaller reported a KASAN use-after-free: https://syzkaller.appspot.com/bug?extid=2ae90e873e97f1faf6f2 The referenced fuzzed image actually has two issues: - m_pa == 0 as a non-inlined pcluster; - The logical length is longer than its physical length. The first issue has already been addressed. This patch addresses the second issue by checking the extent length validity.

CVE-2022-50736 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-04 7.1 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RDMA/siw: Fix immediate work request flush to completion queue Correctly set send queue element opcode during immediate work request flushing in post sendqueue operation, if the QP is in ERROR state. An undefined ocode value results in out-of-bounds access to an array for mapping the opcode between siw internal and RDMA core representation in work completion generation. It resulted in a KASAN BUG report of type 'global-out-of-bounds' during NFSoRDMA testing. This patch further fixes a potential case of a malicious user which may write undefined values for completion queue elements status or opcode, if the CQ is memory mapped to user land. It avoids the same out-of-bounds access to arrays for status and opcode mapping as described above.
CVE-2022-50732 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-04 8.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: staging: rtl8192u: Fix use after free in ieee80211_rx() We cannot dereference the "skb" pointer after calling ieee80211_monitor_rx(), because it is a use after free.
CVE-2022-50726 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-04 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/mlx5: Fix possible use-after-free in async command interface mlx5_cmd_cleanup_async_ctx should return only after all its callback handlers were completed. Before this patch, the below race between mlx5_cmd_cleanup_async_ctx and mlx5_cmd_exec_cb_handler was possible and lead to a use-after-free: 1. mlx5_cmd_cleanup_async_ctx is called while num_inflight is 2 (i.e. elevated by 1, a single inflight callback). 2. mlx5_cmd_cleanup_async_ctx decreases num_inflight to 1. 3. mlx5_cmd_exec_cb_handler is called, decreases num_inflight to 0 and is about to call wake_up(). 4. mlx5_cmd_cleanup_async_ctx calls wait_event, which returns immediately as the condition (num_inflight == 0) holds. 5. mlx5_cmd_cleanup_async_ctx returns. 6. The caller of mlx5_cmd_cleanup_async_ctx frees the mlx5_async_ctx object. 7. mlx5_cmd_exec_cb_handler goes on and calls wake_up() on the freed object. Fix it by syncing using a completion object. Mark it completed when num_inflight reaches 0. CVE-2022-50700 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-04 7.5 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: ath10k: Delay the unmapping of the buffer On WCN3990, we are seeing a rare scenario where copy engine hardware is sending a copy complete interrupt to the host driver while still processing the buffer that the driver has sent, this is leading into an SMMU fault triggering kernel panic. This is happening on copy engine channel 3 (CE3) where the driver normally enqueues WMI commands to the firmware. Upon receiving a copy complete interrupt, host driver will immediately unmap and frees the buffer presuming that hardware has processed the buffer. In the issue case, upon receiving copy complete interrupt, host driver will unmap and free the buffer but since hardware is still accessing the buffer (which in this case got unmapped in parallel), SMMU hardware will trigger an SMMU fault resulting in a kernel panic. In order to avoid this, as a work around, add a delay before unmapping the copy engine source DMA buffer. This is conditionally done for WCN3990 and only for the CE3 channel where issue is seen. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RDMA/rxe: Fix "kernel NULL pointer dereference" error When rxe_queue_init in the function rxe_qp_init_req fails, both qp->req.task.func and qp->req.task.arg are not initialized. Before calling __rxe_do_task, both qp->req.task.func and qp->req.task.arg should be checked.
CVE-2022-50668 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-04 7.5 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ext4: fix deadlock due to mbcache entry corruption When manipulating xattr blocks, we can deadlock infinitely looping inside ext4_xattr_block_set() where we constantly keep finding xattr block for reuse in mbcache but we are unable to reuse it because its reference count is too big. This happens because cache entry for the xattr block is marked as reusable (e_reusable set) although its reference count is too big. When this inconsistency happens, this inconsistent state is kept indefinitely and so ext4_xattr_block_set() keeps retrying indefinitely. The inconsistent state is caused by non-atomic update of e_reusable bit. e_reusable is part of a bitfield and e_reusable update can race with update of e_referenced bit in the same bitfield resulting in loss of one of the updates. Fix the problem by using atomic bitops instead. This bug has been around for many years, but it became *much* easier to hit after commit 65f8b80053a1 ("ext4: fix race when reusing xattr blocks").
CVE-2022-50666 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-04 9.8 Critical
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RDMA/siw: Fix QP destroy to wait for all references dropped. Delay QP destroy completion until all siw references to QP are dropped. The calling RDMA core will free QP structure after successful return from siw_qp_destroy() call, so siw must not hold any remaining reference to the QP upon return. A use-after-free was encountered in xfstest generic/460, while testing NFSoRDMA. Here, after a TCP connection drop by peer, the triggered siw_cm_work_handler got delayed until after QP destroy call, referencing a QP which has already freed.
