CVE-2026-76070 2026-08-24 9.8 Critical
Netis NC63 firmware through V3.0.0.3327 contains a stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to overwrite saved stack state by submitting an oversized Base64-encoded password to the login handler in /bin/netis.cgi. Attackers can exploit the custom Base64 decoder's lack of output length validation against the fixed-size stack buffer to achieve remote code execution with root privileges, as the Boa web server executes the CGI environment as root.
CVE-2026-71366 1 Redhat 1 Ansible Automation Platform 2026-08-24 7.7 High
A server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability was found in multiple AWX notification backends. The webhook, Mattermost, Rocket.Chat, and Grafana notification backends use notification template URLs as direct HTTP request targets without validating the target address against private, loopback, or reserved IP ranges. An organization notification administrator can create notification templates pointing to internal or loopback addresses, causing the AWX control node to issue HTTP requests to services that are not externally accessible. Additionally, the webhook notification backend follows HTTP redirects and resends configured Basic Authentication credentials to redirect targets regardless of host change, allowing an attacker to exfiltrate notification credentials by redirecting to an attacker-controlled host. The Grafana backend sends its API key in the Authorization header to the configured target URL.
CVE-2026-76071 2026-08-24 9.8 Critical
Netis NC63 firmware through V3.0.0.3327 contains a stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to overwrite saved stack state by supplying an oversized destHost parameter to the ipFilterList=mod action in netis.cgi. Attackers can exploit widthless sscanf conversions that copy user-supplied input into fixed-size stack buffers before authentication is verified, achieving remote code execution as root due to the Boa web server executing the CGI environment with root privileges.

CVE-2026-67204 2026-08-24 5.4 Medium
BookStack before 26.05.4 contains a broken access control vulnerability that allows authenticated API users with image-update or image-delete permissions to manipulate other users' avatars by exploiting missing content-type restrictions in the Image Gallery API endpoints. Attackers can supply a user avatar's ID to the API controller, which loads any image type without the web controller's gallery and drawio restrictions, and when the avatar's uploaded_to field matches a page ID accessible to the attacker, the authorization check passes allowing the attacker to rename, replace, or delete the target user's avatar without requiring user-management permission.
CVE-2026-74712 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-24 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vdpa/mlx5: Fix buffer length in create_direct_keys() We have seen in our CI the following KASAN message: BUG: KASAN: slab-out-of-bounds in cmd_exec+0x550/0xca0 [mlx5_core] Read of size 272 at addr 0000000176795020 by task qemu-system-s39/82764 [...] [<000011388ab3a7a0>] cmd_exec+0x550/0xca0 [mlx5_core] [<000011388ab3b61c>] mlx5_cmd_exec_cb+0x25c/0x4f0 [mlx5_core] [<000011388b21e82e>] mlx5_vdpa_exec_async_cmds+0x22e/0x5e0 [mlx5_vdpa] [<000011388b21fd44>] create_direct_keys+0x954/0xef0 [mlx5_vdpa] [...] The buggy address is located 4128 bytes inside of allocated 4384-byte region [0000000176794000, 0000000176795120) So in essence we read 16 bytes beyond 4384-byte allocation. create_direct_keys calculates the pointer and length for in and out buffers. The size calculation for in includes the entire structure size (out + in + mtt[]) but the pointer passed to cmd_exec points only to the 'in' field, skipping the 'out' field. This causes mlx5_copy_to_msg() to read beyond the allocated buffer by sizeof(out) bytes when copying command data. Properly calculate the input size to match the pointer and allocation size.
CVE-2026-71364 1 Redhat 1 Ansible Automation Platform 2026-08-24 7.2 High
A path traversal vulnerability was found in AWX's project archive extraction. The project_archive action plugin extracts zip and tar archive members by joining the project directory path with the member filename without performing path normalization, boundary validation, or rejecting directory traversal sequences. A malicious archive containing members with path traversal components can write files to arbitrary locations on the execution node's filesystem outside the intended project directory. An attacker who controls the archive content, either through a compromised upstream source, a malicious archive URL, or a man-in-the-middle attack on a plain HTTP connection, can achieve arbitrary file writes as the user performing the extraction, potentially leading to remote code execution through mechanisms such as cron files, SSH authorized keys, or playbook content injection.
CVE-2026-48567 1 Microsoft 2 .azure Horizondb, Azure Horizondb 2026-08-24 10 Critical
Authentication bypass by spoofing in Azure HorizonDB allows an unauthorized attacker to elevate privileges over a network.
CVE-2026-21752 2026-08-24 7.5 High
HCL Hive is affected by a use of vulnerable third-party components which could allow an attacker unauthorized access or compromise of the system by exploiting publicly documented security flaws.
CVE-2026-78386 2026-08-24 N/A
RansomLook exposed sensitive operator-side scraping configuration through multiple unauthenticated API responses. Location records associated with ransomware groups and markets were returned largely verbatim to unauthenticated callers whenever the location itself was not marked as private. These records could contain internal fields such as header, which may include authentication headers, session cookies, or other credentials used to access monitored websites; init_script, which may contain logic used to bypass CAPTCHA, anti-bot protections, or paywalls; and browser, which discloses details about the scraping environment. An unauthenticated remote attacker could query the affected API endpoints and obtain these values. Leaked authentication material could potentially be replayed against the monitored service, while disclosure of scraping and bypass logic could allow site operators or other attackers to identify and defeat RansomLook's collection mechanisms. The patch introduces an explicit allowlist of fields permitted in public location records and strips all operator-side fields before returning data to unauthenticated users. The accompanying change from <string:postname> to <path:postname> appears to be a functional correction allowing legitimate post titles containing / and does not, based on this patch alone, represent the security issue.
CVE-2026-78385 2026-08-24 N/A
RansomLook contains insufficient resource validation in the analysis PDF generation functionality. Analysis documents are converted from Markdown to HTML and passed to WeasyPrint for PDF rendering. Prior to the fix, WeasyPrint used its default URL fetcher, allowing resource references contained in an analysis to be resolved without restrictions. An authenticated attacker able to create or modify an analysis could embed crafted resource references using schemes such as file:// or http://. When the analysis was subsequently rendered as PDF, WeasyPrint would process these references with the privileges and network access of the RansomLook server. A malicious file:// reference could cause the renderer to access arbitrary files readable by the RansomLook process, potentially exposing sensitive configuration, credentials, or other local data through rendered resources. Network URLs could cause the server to initiate requests to localhost, internal network services, or external systems, resulting in server-side request forgery (SSRF) and potentially bypassing network-level access restrictions. The patch introduces a dedicated WeasyPrint URL fetcher that permits only data: resources, the RansomLook report logo, and files contained within the analysis asset directory. Network resources and filesystem paths outside these explicitly permitted locations are rejected.

CVE-2026-76172 1 Fast-uri 1 Fast-uri 2026-08-24 7.5 High
fast-uri is a URI parser for Node.js. During parsing it runs a legacy decoding pass over the scheme component and never re-escapes the result, and serialization writes the scheme back out verbatim, unlike the host component which is re-escaped. As a result an input whose scheme carries percent-encoded slashes parses as a scheme with no authority, so the parsed host and error are both undefined, yet resolving or normalizing that same input emits a network-path reference whose authority is attacker-chosen and re-parses to that host. An application that allowlists on the parsed host, or treats a reference with no authority as safe to resolve against its base, gets the opposite of what it checked, giving an off-site redirect, server-side request forgery, or address-policy bypass. The legacy decoder also expands non-standard escape forms, widening the issue past upstream filters, and control characters in the scheme can reach the output as raw carriage return and line feed. The affected versions are 2.3.1 up to but not including 2.4.5, 3.0.0 up to but not including 3.1.6, and 4.0.0 up to but not including 4.1.3. The issue is fixed in 2.4.5, 3.1.6, and 4.1.3, which reject a scheme that is not valid after decoding. Users should upgrade to a patched version.
CVE-2026-76055 2026-08-24 N/A
Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an OS Command in the package manager component of Black Duck blackduck-c-cpp before 3.0.7 allows an actor able to create a file within the scanned build directory to execute operating system commands as the account running the scan. Filesystem paths encountered while traversing the scanned directory are interpolated into command strings that are executed through a shell without quoting or escaping, so shell metacharacters within those paths are interpreted rather than treated as literal text. No control over the build command or the tool's configuration is required.
CVE-2026-76054 2026-08-24 N/A
Invocation of Process Using Visible Sensitive Information in Black Duck blackduck-c-cpp 1.0.17 through 3.0.6 allows an actor able to execute code within the scanned project's build to obtain the Black Duck API token via the ambient process environment, which is inherited by subprocesses launched during build capture and signature scanning. This applies only where the token is supplied through the BLACKDUCK_API_TOKEN or BD_HUB_TOKEN environment variable. Upgrading does not remediate prior disclosure; any token supplied to an affected version through an environment variable should be rotated.
