CVE-2022-50630 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 7.0 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mm: hugetlb: fix UAF in hugetlb_handle_userfault The vma_lock and hugetlb_fault_mutex are dropped before handling userfault and reacquire them again after handle_userfault(), but reacquire the vma_lock could lead to UAF[1,2] due to the following race, hugetlb_fault hugetlb_no_page /*unlock vma_lock */ hugetlb_handle_userfault handle_userfault /* unlock mm->mmap_lock*/ vm_mmap_pgoff do_mmap mmap_region munmap_vma_range /* clean old vma */ /* lock vma_lock again <--- UAF */ /* unlock vma_lock */ Since the vma_lock will unlock immediately after hugetlb_handle_userfault(), let's drop the unneeded lock and unlock in hugetlb_handle_userfault() to fix the issue. CVE-2025-68324 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: scsi: imm: Fix use-after-free bug caused by unfinished delayed work The delayed work item 'imm_tq' is initialized in imm_attach() and scheduled via imm_queuecommand() for processing SCSI commands. When the IMM parallel port SCSI host adapter is detached through imm_detach(), the imm_struct device instance is deallocated. However, the delayed work might still be pending or executing when imm_detach() is called, leading to use-after-free bugs when the work function imm_interrupt() accesses the already freed imm_struct memory. The race condition can occur as follows: CPU 0(detach thread) | CPU 1 | imm_queuecommand() | imm_queuecommand_lck() imm_detach() | schedule_delayed_work() kfree(dev) //FREE | imm_interrupt() | dev = container_of(...) //USE dev-> //USE Add disable_delayed_work_sync() in imm_detach() to guarantee proper cancellation of the delayed work item before imm_struct is deallocated.
CVE-2025-68757 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/vgem-fence: Fix potential deadlock on release A timer that expires a vgem fence automatically in 10 seconds is now released with timer_delete_sync() from fence->ops.release() called on last dma_fence_put(). In some scenarios, it can run in IRQ context, which is not safe unless TIMER_IRQSAFE is used. One potentially risky scenario was demonstrated in Intel DRM CI trybot, BAT run on machine bat-adlp-6, while working on new IGT subtests syncobj_timeline@stress-* as user space replacements of some problematic test cases of a dma-fence-chain selftest [1]. CVE-2025-39995 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: media: i2c: tc358743: Fix use-after-free bugs caused by orphan timer in probe The state->timer is a cyclic timer that schedules work_i2c_poll and delayed_work_enable_hotplug, while rearming itself. Using timer_delete() fails to guarantee the timer isn't still running when destroyed, similarly cancel_delayed_work() cannot ensure delayed_work_enable_hotplug has terminated if already executing. During probe failure after timer initialization, these may continue running as orphans and reference the already-freed tc358743_state object through tc358743_irq_poll_timer. The following is the trace captured by KASAN. BUG: KASAN: slab-use-after-free in __run_timer_base.part.0+0x7d7/0x8c0 Write of size 8 at addr ffff88800ded83c8 by task swapper/1/0 ... Instead use the xa_lock to serialize everything. The refcount check == 1 and xa_erase can be done under a single critical region. This avoids the need for any refcount incrementing. It has the downside that if userspace races destroy with other operations it will get an EBUSY instead of waiting, but this is kind of racing is already dangerous.
CVE-2025-40216 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 7.0 High

CVE-2025-68325 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/sched: sch_cake: Fix incorrect qlen reduction in cake_drop In cake_drop(), qdisc_tree_reduce_backlog() is used to update the qlen and backlog of the qdisc hierarchy. Its caller, cake_enqueue(), assumes that the parent qdisc will enqueue the current packet. However, this assumption breaks when cake_enqueue() returns NET_XMIT_CN: the parent qdisc stops enqueuing current packet, leaving the tree qlen/backlog accounting inconsistent. This mismatch can lead to a NULL dereference (e.g., when the parent Qdisc is qfq_qdisc). This patch computes the qlen/backlog delta in a more robust way by observing the difference before and after the series of cake_drop() calls, and then compensates the qdisc tree accounting if cake_enqueue() returns NET_XMIT_CN. To ensure correct compensation when ACK thinning is enabled, a new variable is introduced to keep qlen unchanged.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: exfat: fix divide-by-zero in exfat_allocate_bitmap The variable max_ra_count can be 0 in exfat_allocate_bitmap(), which causes a divide-by-zero error in the subsequent modulo operation (i % max_ra_count), leading to a system crash. When max_ra_count is 0, it means that readahead is not used. This patch load the bitmap without readahead.

CVE-2025-68353 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 7.0 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: vxlan: prevent NULL deref in vxlan_xmit_one Neither sock4 nor sock6 pointers are guaranteed to be non-NULL in vxlan_xmit_one, e.g. if the iface is brought down. Fix this by adding back checks. Since both commits being fixed were released in the same version (v6.7) and are strongly related, bundle the fixes in a single commit.

This patch fixes to add sanity check on dnode page in truncate_dnode(), so that, it can help to avoid triggering such issue, and once it encounters such issue, it will record newly introduced ERROR_INVALID_NODE_REFERENCE error into superblock, later fsck can detect such issue and try repairing. Also, it removes f2fs_truncate_data_blocks() for cleanup due to the function has only one caller, and uses f2fs_truncate_data_blocks_range() instead.
CVE-2022-50616 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 7.0 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: regulator: core: Use different devices for resource allocation and DT lookup Following by the below discussion, there's the potential UAF issue between regulator and mfd. https://lore.kernel.org/all/20221128143601.1698148-1-yangyingliang@huawei.com/ From the analysis of Yingliang CPU A |CPU B mt6370_probe() | devm_mfd_add_devices() | |mt6370_regulator_probe() | regulator_register() | //allocate init_data and add it to devres | regulator_of_get_init_data() i2c_unregister_device() | device_del() | devres_release_all() | // init_data is freed | release_nodes() | | // using init_data causes UAF | regulator_register() It's common to use mfd core to create child device for the regulator. In order to do the DT lookup for init data, the child that registered the regulator would pass its parent as the parameter. And this causes init data resource allocated to its parent, not itself. The issue happen when parent device is going to release and regulator core is still doing some operation of init data constraint for the regulator of child device. To fix it, this patch expand 'regulator_register' API to use the different devices for init data allocation and DT lookup.
CVE-2025-71196 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: phy: stm32-usphyc: Fix off by one in probe() The "index" variable is used as an index into the usbphyc->phys[] array which has usbphyc->nphys elements. So if it is equal to usbphyc->nphys then it is one element out of bounds. The "index" comes from the device tree so it's data that we trust and it's unlikely to be wrong, however it's obviously still worth fixing the bug. Change the > to >=.
